Payment

All prices displayed on the Ecoflo Online Store are in AUD currency and are GST inclusive. All payments made on our Store are processed in AUD and can be made through our secure online checkout. The payment options available on the Ecoflo website are Visa, MasterCard credit cards, Paypal or Afterpay, no fees and charges.

Delivery

We use a combination of courier companies based on your location to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Our warehouse operates during business hours Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and QLD public holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be ready for dispatch. For small items (consumables, fans etc), we aim to dispatch your order by the next business day.

Orders placed during Sale or Promotional times may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We offer PO Boxes as a delivery option for small items.

If your cart contains items that are too large for a PO Box delivery, we will require a street address (residential or business) when placing your order.

Free Shipping Coupon Code

To redeem free standard shipping, you must enter the code FREESHIPPING in the designated “coupon code” field in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping Method

No Cash Value

This Coupon has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Order Modifications

If you modify your order after applying the Coupon and the revised order no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the free shipping offer will be removed.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard return and exchange policies apply. If you return items purchased using this Coupon and your order no longer meets the eligibility requirements, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

No Refunds for Unapplied Codes

If a customer proceeds with their purchase without applying the Coupon code, they will be charged the applicable shipping fees.
