ecoflo.com.au online store delivers to addresses within Australia only.
For international orders, please call us on +61 7 3889 6144 to place your order.
We use a combination of courier companies based on your location to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse operates during business hours Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and QLD public holidays.
Please allow 10 business days for your large order (toilet, greywater etc) to be ready for dispatch. For small items (consumables, fans etc), we aim to dispatch your order by the next business day.
Orders placed during Sale or Promotional times may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
48hr Dispatch Policy

48 hour dispatch refers to 2 business days. For example, an order placed on Monday could be picked packed and dispatched by Wednesday. The items will be picked and packed within 48 hours (business hrs),
All orders from ecoflo.com.au, once dispatched, will receive a confirmation email with a link to view an approximate delivery date and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Ecoflo Online Store are in AUD currency and are GST inclusive. All payments made on our Store are processed in AUD.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
We offer PO Boxes as a delivery option for small items.
If your cart contains items that are too large for a PO Box delivery, we recommend supplying a street address (residential or business) when placing your order.
